Now I love to soak my big ol’ size 11′s. Kick back. Close your eyes…ahh…and then don’t look down! Groossss. What is that in the water?? Well that, my dear is all the crap you have floating around in your blood. Jude has more info about all the details on her site here, but the jist is:

I thought the pictures she has on that page looked kind of like you were soaking in dirty water…but my water turned quite red with black flecks. I think it must have been pulling out those toxins I had from my forays into tobacco use I sometimes tried when I was a wee bit younger. That and some other junk….

I must be one toxic girl....

Definitely makes me want to forget about Big Macs, walk 2 miles a day, eat raw salads twice a day, take all my vitamins, breathe fresh air and never touch toxic things again. How dirty am I inside? Is that why I am finding it so hard for the weight to get off me this time trying? Last year this time when I was trying to lose weight it was quite easy. The pounds were coming off about 2-4 a week. Now my body just won’t let it go. Just wondering of it is because I am so toxic now. Crossing my fingers the aqua chi foot therapy will help me rid myself of the gunk inside me. That with everything else Jude is helping me do!
