Raw Food Workshop

Okay I was probably luckier than most in that I was priveleged to help Jude film her BTW21 TV Show during our raw food workshop. This raw lasagna was absolutely fantastic! Thinly sliced zuchinni stood in for noodles. We made a sauce from sundried tomatoes. And we made a cheese from soaked sunflower seeds. We didn’t have to wait for an hour for everything to bake like you do with regular lasagna…we just stacked the individual servings on each plate and started eating. Now that was great.
The side salad was good too. Freshly grated carrots with fresh ginger atop a bed of spring greens. And Jude makes a dressing I am now addicted to that has only three ingredients. Olive oil, fresh garlic cloves and a secret third. You’ll have to buy her book to get it!!

- Green Oatmeal in a Bowl with kelp flakes
- Mitone at the raw food class (“before”)
- Raw Salad with Pizza Flavored Raw Crackers
